Vintage St John the Baptist enameled ceramic plaque by Michel Folscheid
Artist signature near the feet of St John: M Folscheid. He was a ceramist specialized in icons who was very active in the second half of the 20th century in France.
St John is seen with the Lamb in the centre. Saint John is written in French in the halo.
Iridescent on the frame part. The effect also goes on the edges of the central image. 
Gold details. Crackling effect on the frame part.
Small stains, scratches, worn parts, tiny chips and imperfections from age and use. Some parts are not smooth (edges around the central image).
Small loop at the back made with thick thread so it can be hung on the wall immediately. 
Small chips and wear at the back. Paint marks visible.
The edges are not completely straight and the thickness irregular.
Size: approx. 17.5 x 14.7 cm / 6.69 x 5.51 inches 
Weight: 305 grams.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
