REFUND POLICY

Customers who wish to cancel their purchase must return their item within 14 days of receipt.

The customer should first email Cabinet de Merveilles their intention. The postage fees and reimporting costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer has to give a tracking number to Cabinet de Merveilles and wrap the products properly and safely.

If the customer decides not to use a tracked delivery method, Cabinet de Merveilles cannot be held responsible in case of damage to the parcel or in case it does not arrive. The product will then not be refunded.

The products have to be sent back in their original packaging and be in the exact same condition as when sent. Products that have been damaged, modified or deteriorated will not be reimbursed.

If everything is in order the customer will be reimbursed minus the initial postage fees.

After 14 days, Cabinet de Merveilles does not exchange or refund products.
