Vintage Bourjois 'Soir de Paris' set of 3 soaps in their beautifully illustrated box.
The Bourjois perfume of the same name was created in 1863 by Ernest Beaux and sold worlwide. It was discontinued in the 1960s.
It is rare to find a box with the three soaps still inside.
There are damages commensurate with age.
The box has some stains and small damages. The blue paper is worn or gone in small places.
Some broken corners have been repaired. One broken corner hasn't been repaired with tape though.
The box has probably fallen at some point has the soaps have some breaks as seen in the photographs. The box will be well protected for shipping to avoid further damage.
The soap smell is still strong.
The blue paper wrappings have left marks inside the box.
Size of the box: 18.3 x 8.4 x 3.6 cm / 7.20 x 3.30 x 1.41 inches.
Weight 340 grams.
