Rare antique carved meerschaum depiction of 'Notre-Dame du Chêne à Vion' in an oval frame with domed glass. 
Mary holding the Infant Jesus is represented inside an oak tree. A man is kneeling at their feet.
Vion is a small pilgrimage place in France because of the Marian apparitions.
Some marks and one crack seen on the carved part.
Some dust has come under the glass. 
The black frame has some small holes and imperfections. 
The paper backing was replaced by card. A previous owner drew some flowers in pencil.
There is a loop at the back so it's ready to be hung on the wall.
