Pages en assez bon état mais il y a un tampon sur au moins 4 pages. Il s'agit d'un tampon d'un cabinet de géomètres. Il n'est jamais très lisible.
Quelques petites tâches et imperfections. 
Jaunissement du papier.
Petits trous sur les 4 dernières pages.
Fils de la reliure parfois apparents.
Tranche un peu poussiéreuse.
