Antique Saint Joseph and Infant Jesus polychrome plaster statue. Joseph is holding Jesus with one arm against him. Their heads are touching.
He is holding some lilies in the other hand. There is one lily and a white flower at his feet.
It is signed E. Lapayre at the back. There is a small gold label underneath the base with the name of the manufacturer: 'Duffour' in Paris.
Early 20th century.
It has some imperfections from age and use.
The colours have faded and are very discoloured. Some stains are visible. 
Jesus's robe is very stained and worn. The gold paint has slightly corroded. 
The paint has flaked in places. 
There are some chips and Jesus has one foot broken.
Wear especially at the base.
I have dusted the statue but not attempted any further cleaning as the paint layer is fragile. Some dust is still visible in small gaps and folds.
It is a beautiful depiction of St Joseph and Jesus by a Parisian manufacturer I don't see often.

Everything will be shipped with an invoice and the proper HS custom number but I can't guarantee US customs won't change the tariff.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
