Beautiful antique St Francis of Assisi embroidery in gold ornate frame.
St Francis with a halo, a cross and skull is represented above clouds. 
'St François' is written at the bottom.
The canvas has discoloured to beige and has one large stain on the left side.
The colours of the threads have faded as the frame must have been on display for a very long time.
Wood and gesso frame with protective glass in the centre. It has some parts missing as can be seen in the photographs. The top layer of this type of frame is very fragile.
There is one break just under the oval opening.
Scratches and stains to the wood.
The paper backing is torn in places.
Loop at the back is missing (there is a hole).
This is a beautifully patinated piece.

Everything will be shipped with an invoice and the proper HS custom number but I can't guarantee US customs won't change the tariff.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
