French antique illustrated book in two volumes: 'La vie de N S Jésus-Christ écrite par les quatre évangélistes' which translates as 'The life of Our Lord Jesus Christ written by the four apostles'.
It contains 130 engravings from the collection of Jérôme Natalis.
Published by Abel Pilon in Paris.
The covers are damaged and worn as seen in the photographs.
The engravings are protected by a tissue paper that has brown spots.
Some brown spots on the pages too and signs of heavy use and age (fold marks  etc). 
The second volume was damaged by water. The bottom of the pages has marks visible in the pictures.
Each volume is 45.3 x 30 cm / 17.7 x 11.8 inches.
They weigh 9 kilos hence the high postage price.

DELIVERIES

- Import taxes and duty are the buyer's responsibility.
'Sales tax' is for US customers only.

- For US CUSTOMERS: the new tariff is added at the checkout under the name 'Sales tax'. IF YOU ARE BUYING AS A RELIGIOUS INSTITUTION, MESSAGE ME AS YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE TO PAY IT.
Everything will be shipped with an invoice and the proper HS custom number but I can't guarantee US customs won't change the tariff.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
