Antique Holy water font with an angel holding the shell-shaped stoup. 
The angel is attached to a plaque (most likely wood) covered with green textured paper with raised gold dots.
The figurine of the angel is made of silver painted metal. It might have been gold before as there are traces left (more visible in the last two photographs taken in direct sunlight). 
It is attached to the plaque with a single screw and bolt. It is rusty at the back and the angel moves easily.
The plaque is covered with black paper at the back (some small tears visible). 
A small loop at the back to hang on the wall.
Some scratches, marks and imperfections on the metal commensurate with age and use. There are also some small bumps visible all over.
Several small holes on the plaque at the front and back. 
Small worn part at the bottom near the feet. Slight wear at the edges.
A beautiful and unusual piece!
