Antique church procession candlestick holder made of painted tin. This is a beautiful object that I don't find very often.
The top can be lifted. Inside is a long spring loaded tube for the candle itself (approx. 33 cm / 12.99 inches). The spring is quite stiff but still works. Brand name inside but it is partly erased.
There are some wax residue in the tube and on the candle support from its repeated uses.
Signs of age and heavy use.
The paint is gone in places, there are stains and discolouration, large scratches and dents. The paint has cracked in places too. The metal inside has signs of age too.
There is a large dent about 30 cm / 11.81 inches up from the bottom which would have been where the thumb of the user was. The bottom end has been stuffed with paper so it could fit on the candlestick holders in church.

Weight: 440 grams.
It has a beautiful time patina and could be used again after a bit of care!

Everything will be shipped with an invoice and the proper HS custom number but I can't guarantee US customs won't change the tariff.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
