Antique priest purple chasuble with IHS and leaves embroidery and matching stole.
Sourced from France. Early 20th Century.
Purple damask that has faded and discoloured in large parts as seen in the photographs.
The stole is more yellow and faded. It is also stained.
It has been heavily used and has damages so it is more for a collector, a restorer or someone who wants to use the material for a project.
It has a large IHS in the centre of the cross at the back. Embroidered leaf decor all around the Christogram. The embroidery is in good condition.
The front is getting unstitched as seen in the photographs.
Occasional small stains, holes and tears.
The lining has faded in parts.
Length from neck down at the back: approx. 99 cm / 38.97 inches

DELIVERIES

- Import taxes and duty are the buyer's responsibility.

Everything will be shipped with an invoice and the proper HS custom number but I can't guarantee US customs won't change the tariff.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
