Antique white stone or alabaster cross with enameled bronze metal cross and Holy water font.
The enamel work is beautiful. The Immaculate Heart of Mary with seven swords and three white flowers is represented in the centre. This is not a common design on such a cross.
The rest of the cross is beautiful with a very ornate floral design.
The enamel is damaged on the font. The enamel is missing from two small pannels around the recipient.
The metal shows some signs of age and use. The gilt has gone in places and lost its shine. The inside of the recipient has marks left by water as seen in one photograph.
The whole cross must have fallen at some point. There is a large break visible (it was repaired), one large chip at the back and some smaller chips at the front.
The cross is slightly translucent. It has some small scratches and marks. Some white marks all around the metal cross.
It is a beautiful object despite its imperfections with a very unusual design!
There is a strong metal loop at the back so it is ready to hang on the wall!

Everything will be shipped with an invoice and the proper HS custom number but I can't guarantee US customs won't change the tariff.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
