Antique metal Holy water font with Sacred Heart of Jesus painted porcelain medallion
Thin engraved gilded metal frame. The Sacred Heart with a book and cross are represented at the top. A chalice, wheat and vine leaves are at the bottom.
Beautiful porcelain medallion in the centre with Jesus holding the Sacred Heart.
The receptacle is made of a different metal that was painted gold too. The gold has gone in places. 
The inside was painted blue but it was used so much that the paint is flaking. Corrosion spots too.
The frame has marks, stains and scratches commensurate with age and use. Gilt gone in small places.
The metal is slightly distorted in places.
The porcelain has some light marks but is still in very good condition.
Late 19th or early 20th century.
Can be hung on the wall as there is a small loop at the back.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
