Antique bisque figurine / statue of the little Jesus of St Therese of Lisieux. I don't come across this representation often.
Andenne bisque porcelain (Belgium)

Therese wrote of her arrival in the Carmel of Lisieux: 'The first thing I saw under the cloister was "my little pink Jesus" smiling at me amidst the flowers and lights'.
She says 'my' because she was the one in charge of cleaning the statue and arranging flowers around it.

It has imperfections such as marks, colour fading and fine cracks as can be seen in the photographs. The neck was broken and repaired. Some glue is visible all around the repair.
The base is partly glazed.

Height: 20 cm / 7.87 inches
The pictures are part of the description.
