Miniature statue of St Anthony of Padua with Infant Jesus in a thin metal sleeve-case. 
Originally these were taken to war by soldiers but these can be used as everyday shrine that can be carried in a pocket or wallet.
There are signs of aging and wear to the surfaces- see  the pictures. 
Statue is 2.5 cm / 0.78" long
