Antique French set of 12 mismatched plates depicting the life of St Joan of Arc.

Manufactured by Gien and Creil et Montereau: 3 x pink border, 3 x blue border, 3 x green border, 3 x black.

They depict:
- Joan with her sheep
- The apparition of St Michael, St Catherine and St Marguerite ( 2 of this illustration. One black and one pink border plate)
- Joan tells about the order given to her by the Archangel
- Joan arrives in Orléans ( 2 plates: one black and one with green border)
- Joan wounded in Orléans (2 plates: one black and one with pink border)
- Joan places her flag on the Fort des Tournelles in Orléans.
- Joan of Arc at the coronation of King Charles VII in Reims
- Joan defeats the English army at the battle of Patay en Beauce
- Death of Joan of Arc in Rouen

Average diameter: 19.8 cm / 7.48"

They all have marks, scratches and signs of use as can be seen in the photographs. Some brown discolouration, fading and natural imperfections too.
The green ones are a bit deeper than the others. One pink plate has a large crack and some crackling.

DELIVERIES

- Import taxes and duty are the buyer's responsibility.
'Sales tax' is for US customers only.

- For US CUSTOMERS: the new tariff is added at the checkout under the name 'Sales tax'. IF YOU ARE BUYING AS A RELIGIOUS INSTITUTION, MESSAGE ME AS YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE TO PAY IT.
Everything will be shipped with an invoice and the proper HS custom number but I can't guarantee US customs won't change the tariff.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
