Small antique piece of paper with felt Sacred Heart attached.
The handwriting in French is: 
'Feuille d'un des noisetiers sous lequels N S est apparu à la bienheureuse Marguerite Marie, à Paray le Monial.
Paquerette cueillie dans le même bosquet.
Coeur touché à la bannière des zouaves pontificaux ensanglanté à Patay.'
That translates as :
'Leaf of one of the hazelnut trees under which N S appeared to Blessed Margaret Mary, at Paray le Monial.
Daisy picked in the same grove.
Heart touched by the bloody banner of the Papal Zouaves at Patay.'
What the letter describes are not proper relics but they describe objects that are linked to St Margaret Mary Alacoque and the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The leaf and daisy are missing (some tiny parts of leaf are left as seen in the photographs).
The heart is still there. It is made with two pieces of cream felt, a red one and some small embroidery. It has some small holes and worn parts.
The paper has some small damages and is discoloured.
It was found in a cabinet with other relics.
