Antique catholic priest's chasuble, maniple, stole and burse set.
Purple brocade with incredible embroidered trims. IHS embroidery at the back.
The embroideries are made mostly with cotton threads on black cotton. There are details in metallic threads.
It is a stunning set but it has been heavily worn and shows signs of age.
The purple materials have discoloured and faded in large places inside and outside the chasuble. The colour of the stole and maniple has faded too. Some embroideries have also faded.
The embroidered ribbons of the chasuble are very worn in places as seen in some photographs. The threads are completely broken in places and the black cotton torn. It is more visible on the chasuble but damages are visible on all pieces.
Some small parts are getting unstitched too.
The white cotton on the stole has yellow discolouration and staining from use. The stole is quite worn around the neck.
Other small imperfections such as small stains, small repairs or holes are to be expected.
Wear at the corners of the burse, very worn trims on the maniple, loose threads and colour fade.
Chasuble length from neck down (at the back) approx. 100 cm / 39.37 inches.

Everything will be shipped with an invoice and the proper HS custom number but I can't guarantee US customs won't change the tariff.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
