Antique black marble wall crucifix with a metal cross and Holy water font.
The copper plated cross depicts a story with Heaven at the top and Hell at the bottom. A man seems to be torn between good and evil. Some cherubs are pulling him towards the top but a sort of dragon tries to drag him towards the bottom. Many characters and details. It is a beautiful work!
 
The surface of the marble is slightly damaged. It has lost its shine and has light marks. It is more visible at certain angles.
The silver plate has faded in places revealing a copper colour underneath.
Some tarnish and imperfections.
The receptacle has been heavily used and is corroded inside. 
One loop at the top to hang.

Weighs just over 1 kilogram.
