Three beautiful antique Holy prayer cards with lace cut paper borders( called 'canivet' in French) in a gold wooden frame. 
The first card on the left depicts Mary 'the Saviour's mother' with the Infant Jesus in her arms.
The card in the centre shows the Holy Family and has no text.
The card at the end depicts the Infant Jesus with two children in prayers at his feet. The text in French translates as 'Faithful comforters of Jesus, gather his word and meditate on his cross'.
The three cards have some small damages and stains, especially at the bottom as shown in the photographs.
The cards have been mounted on a lovely blue background, placed in a gold wooden frame and protected by glass. There are some tiny chips on the frame (three at the bottom and some at the corners).
The cards are not completely attached to the background. They seem to have been glued only in the centre.
The cards are from the late 19th century but the frame is fairly recent. 
The framing was done professionally and there is still the framing shop label at the back. Judging by the format of the phone number, the cards were framed between 1986 and 1996.
The gold of the frame has an 'antique' finish.
There is a small loop at the back.

Everything will be shipped with an invoice and the proper HS custom number but I can't guarantee US customs won't change the tariff.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
