Vintage black priest cassock from France.
Simple traditional construction.
Black cotton exterior.
Standing collar. Metal clip in the collar to hold the clerical collar. Two hooks and loops for closure.
Top part is lined with a beige material. One internal pocket.
One opening on each side near the waist.
Closure down the front with two different zips and snap buttons.
It is a vintage item and it has been worn regularly so there are some marks and imperfections.
The black has faded. That is more visible at the shoulders and on the sleeves.
There are light white marks visible in places. Small imperfections in the material.
The cassock has been shortened as seen in the last photograph. Small stitches are visible on the outside.
Wear at the collar, cuffs and bottom.
Measurements when laid flat:
Armpit to armpit: 51 cm / 20"
Shoulder to shoulder: 44.5 cm / 17.51"
Waist: 48 cm / 18.89"
Shoulder to cuff: approx. 60 cm / 23.62"
Length down the back: approx. 120 cm / 47.24"
Bottom hem that could be undone: approx. 18 cm / 7.08". Please note, if undone, a lighter line could be visible as it must have been folded for a long time.
Collar (fully open and flat): 41.5 cm / 16.33"

- Import taxes and duty are the buyer's responsibility.

Everything will be shipped with an invoice and the proper HS custom number but I can't guarantee US customs won't change the tariff.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
