Large antique 15 decade rosary form Lourdes in France.
Souvenir from Our lady of Lourdes is written at the back of the cross in French.
The Lourdes grotto and the basilica are depicted on the large metal heart.
The cross is really large ( 8 x 5.6 cm / 3.14 x 1.96 inches).

The beads feel and look like they could be made of light stone. They are all slightly different and irregular. They have stains, small holes and scratches or cracks.
I, of course, could be completely wrong! I have seen similar rosaries with glass Prosser beads but those have a mold mark that my beads don't have. It is probably another material I haven't thought about. The whole piece is very light for the size (185 grams).

The metal beads used between decades are very rusty. I have treated them so it doesn't get worse.

The heart and crosses are gilted but the colour has a bit faded in places (very visible on the Corpus Christi). They have marks and scratches too.
The heart is hollow.

It is a beautiful and quite unusual piece!
