Antique French beautifully illuminated Catholic mass booklet with Latin psalms.
'Messe et Vêpres, n°82' published by Dalpayrat & Depelley in Limoges and Paris.
The borders on each pages are reproductions of medieval illuminations full of beautiful patterns and strange creatures.
The colours and the gold are still very vivid.
The book is undated but from the early 20th century.
The pages are in good condition with only some minor imperfections such as small stains, folds or dents caused by manipulation.
The embossed leather cover is damaged and was repaired by a previous owner.
The spine was broken at the front and fixed with mending tissue inside and outside as seen in the photographs.
The leather is scratched and worn. The spine is broken in other small places

- Import taxes and duty are the buyer's responsibility.

Everything will be shipped with an invoice and the proper HS custom number but I can't guarantee US customs won't change the tariff.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
