French antique book with stations of the cross. Late 19th / very early 20th century.

Card frames with illustrations of the way of the cross that unfolds.
It is complete with 7 images on each side of the unfolded booklet.
Imperfections such as stains. 
Some crosses at the top of each frames are not complete anymore.
Some illustrations are not placed properly in some frames and leave small gaps.

The book case has stains and imperfections as can be seen in the photographs. 
Working clasp with small green marks. The white paper inside is a bit damaged.
Publisher: Suby. Printer: Pernel. There is another name: Butavand. He seems to have been the engraver. All the names are printed at the bottom of the images (not all of them on each card and not always completely visible because of the frame).

It is a beautiful and very unusal object!
