French antique religious scene in a Napoleon III black oval frame with domed glass..
It depicts the adoration of the Magi.
Lost wax bas relief made with copper that was plated it seems.
The copper colour is visible in some parts as can be seen in the photographs.
The wood has some scratches, stains and signs of wear. One insect hole but the insect is long gone.
Paper backing is missing. The metal is held with small pieces of metal that folds. Some pieces can't be folded as the bas relief is too thick in places but it all seems to hold well.
Small loop attached to a ribbon with two rusty pins so the frame could be hung on the wall.
15.8 x 13.2 cm / 5.9 x 5.11 inches
Bas relief measured at the back is approx. 9.7 x 7.6 cm / 3.81 x 2.75 inches
Weight: 90 grams.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
