French antique religious scene in a Napoleon III oval frame with domed glass..
It depicts the adoration of the Magi.

Lost wax bas relief made with copper that was plated it seems.
The copper colour is visible in some parts as can be seen in the photographs.

Wood has some scratches, marks and signs of wear. One tiny insect hole (no insect though).

Paper backing is long gone but glass and metal still seem to hold well. 
Small loop attached (with two pins) so it could be hung straight away.
