French antique First Holy Communion diorama souvenir box.
Chromo images of a boy on his first communion day and flowers are attached to crepe paper. Artificial green herbs have been added under the rose. There is a border in white paper with gold flowers underneath.
 
The box is very stained outside. Its gold edges are worn and the gold has faded in places. The lid has three broken corners. The back has some small damages and stains too.
Inside the green crepe paper has faded, the white border has some damages and the gold flowers have corrosion marks.
 
Handwritten in French at the back of the box: 'Souvenir of my nephew Maurice'. I am not entirely sure of the name as the end is hardly visible.
 
It is still a beautiful and very unusual souvenir box!

Everything will be shipped with an invoice and the proper HS custom number but I can't guarantee US customs won't change the tariff.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
