Frame made of card covered in thread and beada at the front and material at the back.
Small loop at the top to hang.
Agnus dei written at the back on a glued paiece of paper.
Small imperfections. Thread broken on one side so the card is visible.
Some stitches between the frame and the back are broken (4 of them it seems).
The glass is secure but moves.
