The leather cover has some light marks and scratches. the leather is worn in small places.
The gold of the page edges is gone in places as the book was manipulated.
Names and addresses in pencil at the beginning of the book.
Very thin paper that is not completely flat as seen in the photographs. Pages in good condition. 
Some discolouration, light marks and occasional fold or crease are to be expected. Small tear of paper inside back cover.
Four ribbon bookmarks in different colours. 
Printed in Belgium.
