Beautiful antique tanernacle veil  with the Pelican feeding its young at the top. 
Gold fabric made with metallic thread and red or very dark pink silky material. 
Gold metallic braid fringe and gold trims.
Red cotton backing.
It has been heavily used as seen in the photographs.
It was custom-made for a specific tabernacle. Made of a scalloped valence at the top and two curtain panels.
The pelican appliqué is getting unstiched in places. It is worn and slightly stained. Threads broken in places. Embroidery undone at the beak.
There are green stains. Small tears, pulls, small holes and worn parts at the front.
Small loops at the back to attach to the tabernacle. Some staining and wear on the red cotton lining.
It is still a beautiful piece that could be used again after a bit of care!

DELIVERIES

- Import taxes and duty are the buyer's responsibility.
'Sales tax' is for US customers only.

- For US CUSTOMERS: the new tariff is added at the checkout under the name 'Sales tax'. IF YOU ARE BUYING AS A RELIGIOUS INSTITUTION, MESSAGE ME AS YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE TO PAY IT.
Everything will be shipped with an invoice and the proper HS custom number but I can't guarantee US customs won't change the tariff.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
