Antique French porcelain Holy water font with the eye of God surrounded by leaves (laurel probably).

Blue and gold painted details. The gold has faded in most places.
The front is glazed. The rear in unglazed.
There are several marks and imperfections.
Discolouration at the bottom of the stoup.
Traces of use inside the recipient.
Tiny chips at the back around the edges.

It is a beautiful and very unusual font!
Could be hung on the wall if you added a ribbon or nail in the small hole at the top.
