A depiction of the Marian apparition of Lourdes is on the base too.
Cherubs at the bottom.
It was painted gold but that has worn in large places and reveals silver paint. 
The silver colour is tarnished / stained in places too. That makes it very unique and beautiful.
Signs of wear and use are visible.
