Vintage Elie Pellegrin large bronze medal. 
It depicts Our Lady and the Infant Jesus. Beautiful enameled details.

It could be used as a large pendant but it is very heavy (105 grams). 
Imperfections commensurate with age and use: marks, tarnish and small scratches for instance.
I haven't cleaned it to leave it its patina.
