Our Lady of Pontmain / Our Lady of Hope medal attached to a felt red cross. These were worn my medical staff to be identified easily during pilgrimages.

The tin medals are marked 'Souvenir de Pontmain'. They are stitched to the cross.
The felt has faded, is worn and has stains as can be seein the pictures. The metal pin is still there!
