Beautiful French antique Holy water font made of Paris porcelain in the late 1800s. It was meant to be placed on a bedside table or to travel with. A good alternative to the more common wall-mounted fonts in a home.

Originally decorated in gold which has faded, please look carefully at the picture!
The statue of the Virgin Mary is not glazed.
Beautiful condition with only minor imperfections commensurate with age.

This little font would make a perfect first communion gift but is also a highly collectable antique in its own right!

Height 13.7 cm / 5.11"
Width at base 7.2 cm / 2.75"
