French antique memorial plaque that was in a cemetery at some point.
A cross in the centre has been repainted in silver. The paint is flaking in places and was not done perfectly as seen in the photographs.
Lots of wear, stains, discolouration or small chips and scratches as it was outside.
Engraved in the stone are the words 'Douloureux souvenir' which translates as 'painful memory'. Written underneath the cross 'La volonté du Seigneur règle nos déstinées' translates as 'The will of the Lord rules our destinies'
A screw is poking at the back so it doesn't lay flat.
