French antique evening cape / opera capelet with lace and beads.
Solid textured ribbed cotton.
Closes with 3 metal hooks and loops.

Some beads are missing.
The thread used to attach the beads has gone brown with age.
Small imperfections but nothing obvious to the outside apart from the missing beads.
Some beads at the top need restitching as they are loose and risk falling. Several have falle,n but will be sent with the capelet.

Silky lining used at the collar and bottom. Some tears at the top and stitches gone in places at the bottom.
Could still be worn today!
