French antique blouse / bodice with embroidered dots on tulle. 
Short as can be seen in the photographs.
Off white  thin cotton.
Large pale yellow discolouration at the armpits.
Small stains and holes here and there. 
A larger rust stain at the back of the collar because of a rusted hook (no loop to attach on the other side of the collar).
The poppers buttons used for the top half are more recent. Mother of pearl buttons for the lower half.
Wire to stiffen the collar.
Imperfections / wear on some dots.
There seem to be an elastic at the waist but it is not working anymore.

Width armpit to armpit: 46 cm / 18.1"
Width at bottom: 37 cm / 14.56"
Shoulder to cuff: 45 cm / 17.7"
