Usually called a Passion Bottle or Calvary Bottle this is a folk art depiction of the crucifixion which took someone, usually a sailor, time and patience to complete!
It shows the Instruments of Passion, the tools that can be used to defeat Satan.
We can see the Crucifix, the Ladder, Spear of Destiny, Holy Sponge, etc....
Carved and painted wood. The trees are made of paper.

As is frequent with those bottles, some objects have gone loose. It's not too bad in this bottle as only 2 small parts from the tools have fallen.

The glass has natural flaws and is very thick. Small white marks inside.
Bottle is marked AV and has number 283 at the bottom.
The piece of wood to close is still firm. There is a large nail at the end of it so it seems impossible to reopen the bottle.

Height 21.3 cm /8.26 inches
