Her halo is made of letters: Je suis l'immaculée conception. 
Marked Made in France at the back of the base.
Some letters are bent. They can be adjusted but they could break easily.
White/ greenish marks from cleaning product it seems. I have removed as much as I could
Scratches and paint gone in places (look at her nose). Red tint in places.
