Antique priest surplice with embroidered tulle. Floral motif (roses it seems).
Monogram F C and a cross embroidered in red inside the collar.
 
There are several small holes, tears and some repairs in the tulle.
A large part of the tulle has been repaired with patches at the front on the side. There is a wear patch on the other side. That all seems to have been caused by arm mouvements.
The tulle on the cuffs is very worn and has been repaired in large places. There are loose threads, holes and several rust stains visible.
 
The top part in cotton is in good condition. Small signs of wear and natural imperfections.
 
Beautiful piece that has been heavily used by its previous owner.
