Beautiful shell assemblage that depicts a church altar with a pair of vases and a monstrance.
First half of the 20th century.
Some shells were broken and some are missing.
Some shells might move during shipping as the glue is very old.
The frame is closed with 2 screws at the back so can easily be opened with a small screwdriver to glue back the shells if needed.

Marks and stains to the wood.

Very unique object with a lot of charm despite its imperfections.
35.5 x 30.5 x 2.5 cm / 13.77 x 11.8 x 0.78 inches
