Set of four small leather bound Roman parishioners in Latin and French in their original box. 
One book for each season: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. The title of the book in French translates as 'Very complete Roman parishioner'.
Please note, the titles and some texts are in French only. The psalms are in both languages.
Published by Mame in Tours in 1868. 
Over 550 pages in each book. The paper is very thin.
In a card box that is very worn. The black paper is gone in places. The corners and edges of the box are damaged. A label seems to be missing at the front of the box. The interior is covered with marbled paper and has some imperfections.
The leather covers are in fairly good condition apart from one that has a large liquid stain (the stain is not visible inside). Small scratches and wear.
Red edges to the paperblocs. There are several scratches and light stains.
Some imperfections from use and age are to be expected: foxing, yellow discolouration, fold marks, creases, small stains on a few pages, etc.
Some protective papers are missing. Writing in ink at the beginning of a book.
One cloth bookmark in each book but some have been shortened. They are very fragile because of their age and could break easily.
Size of each book: 10.4 x 7.1 cm / 3.93 x 2.75 inches. Thickness around 2.5 cm / about 0.78 inches
Size of box: 22.2 x 16.3 x 3 cm / 8.66 x  6.29 x 1.18 inches. 
Weight: 760 grams.

- Import taxes and duty are the buyer's responsibility.
'Sales tax' is for US customers only.

- For US CUSTOMERS: the new tariff is added at the checkout under the name 'Sales tax'. IF YOU ARE BUYING AS A RELIGIOUS INSTITUTION, MESSAGE ME AS YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE TO PAY IT.
Everything will be shipped with an invoice and the proper HS custom number but I can't guarantee US customs won't change the tariff.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.

- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.

- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.

- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.

- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.

- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.

- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
