Antique Virgin Mary glazed ceramic statue.
There is a mark underneath but it is partly erased. The first letter seems to be an M similar to the mark of Mauger Fils & Pezé. I do have another statue of the same model in store that is marked M&P for Mauger Fils & Pezé. The second statue is made of bisque porcelain and is smaller.
This is not the typical representation of Our Lady of Grace stepping on the Serpent. Our Lady of Grace is usually represented with a veil and an open mantle. Here, Mary has a crown. Her mantle is also different as it fastens at the top. She seems to be wearing a chain with a small Heart. Her clothing is more similar to the depictions of Our Lady of Mercy.
There are imperfections from age and use.
One of the hands is broken as seen in the photographs. There is a large chip on one side of the crown.
Discolouration and small stains.
Imperfections in the glazing. It seems to be wearing thin in places as a slightly gritty texture can be seen and felt underneath.
There is a small line visible on one side of the head (on the veil) and one on an armpit.

- I aim to post everything in 3 working days. Everything is sent with a tracking number.
Parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery.
- I will only ship to the address provided during checkout. I won't post to an address sent in a separate message after a purchase.
- A part of the shipping price includes recycling taxes and packaging material.
Everything is packaged safely sometimes using recycled materials.
- I can’t predict how long Customs may hold on to items for inspection.
- If a parcel arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint immediately with the delivery service. Any insurance is void unless this is done at delivery time.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- If there is anything you are unsure about or if you need further information about an item to re-assure you please ask before buying. I aim to provide as much information as possible and make my listings as accurate as I can.
- I accept returns only if the buyer contacts me within 2 weeks of delivery. Only the item price can be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If a returned item is received damaged the loss in value will be deducted.
- Refunds will be issued when I get the item back.
